Before I started drawing last year I mostly quilted. And having a rather obsessive personality I quilted alot. I only have a few left because I did most of them for other people. This one is hanging on my living room wall. It will probably be there until I can do a big enough drawing to replace it. I still love fabric and I still love quilts but it's like everything else, no time. And it's like my dolls too. My eyesight is just not good enough. I can put my eyes to the paper when I draw but you can't do that with a sewing machine. And these are still my favorite colors.

This is gorgeous - wonderful colours and I've made one doll... and always thought I'd make more but they haven't emerged yet.

Thank you all. Quilting, beading, dolls, jewelry - I think they were all the result of this absolute drive to create which was waiting below the surface for so long. It gave me an outlet. Which all leads right here and now.
