Ok so I used to fast walk. Worked myself up to 12k and promptly broke a tiny little bone in my toe. So I took up biking. But my bike was a bit too big for me and the seat too far away and there was too much pressure on my arms. Which is why I now have tennis elbows without ever having played tennis. Then a year of physical therapy, a new bike, arm exercises for the rest of my life. I asked the doctor - maybe I should try roller blading? He gave me this sad look and said I don't think so.
Love the picture but I can't helping thinking your doctor might be wise...

I agree. I'm not the most athletic of people but I try. And my bike is a perfect fit but alas just silver and black. The colored bikes don't come with shocks.
