A friend of Andy's sent me some pix of him so I could draw this as a birthday gift. I drew so many of these. I finally had to ask for pix of him not smiling and no teeth showing. I can't draw teeth yet and my smiles are a little iffy. Hey, still learning here.
And Andy's using the drawing as an icon on his wonderful movie blog. He reviews all my favorite movies. I must say he has great taste. And he's a link on my favorites and he's right here.

Ok will someone tell me please why Foley isn't in jail instead of rehab? Doesn't MSNBC have a hit show on catching predators via emails? One of the guys on TV asked what you would do if you were the father of the 15yr boy who had been receiving these "inappropriate" emails from Foley, would you 1) tell Foley to stop with the inappropriate notes or 2) go over to his senate office and break every one of his fingers. I think I'd go with the broken fingers.

Here's some morning views and 2 reasons why I love Florida.
There's a golf course that wraps around our development. Doesn't belong to us but makes for a great view.And those low buildings are townhouses. These pix aren't tweaked in photoshop. This is the color of the sky when the sun is coming up.
And here's Zoe cuddling up right next to the printer which is why all my electronic stuff has hairballs. Nice visual huh?

I'm standing near the patio looking into the living room. Those are allllll my drawings. That's the fan I broke when I put together the cd tower and has been replaced since the picture was taken. The apt entrance is to the right of those small bookcases. The studio/sewing room/computer room entrance is that doorway there. If you turn left that's the master bedroom. And that's Zoe sleeping up there.
And now I'm standing near the entrance. My dining room table broke so I moved the kitchen table out there. That's the patio. The apt is an odd shape. Lots of angles to walls that aren't right ones. The patio goes across the whole wall of the apt. There's the sliding door, next to it you can see the next group of windows. Then on the right wall is my sofa (blue) and on the other side is the master bedroom. The patio wall of the bedroom is all glass. I took these pix with the lights off and w/o a flash. So it's a pretty bright apt which is one of the reasons I bought it.
It took me four years of looking. I couldn't afford most and the ones I could were tiny. The developer at this place was selling off the apts. They were rentals and he converted them to condos. I bought when he was selling the last ones below market value. Because of the inflated prices in Florida I could sell this and be alot closer to early retirement. Only problem is I'd have to move out of state to afford anything comparable to this. I guess I'm in a pix mode tonight. If it continues I might post pix of my "studio".
