And there 15 works for sale which is the most at one time I think. I always hesitate before adding something to the shop. I tend to put in only something I would buy instead of giving people lots of choices.
So I added some drawings of Zoe and the Yawning Baby Series. There are 6 of those cuties. And I'll try to add more this weekend. Lots of choices.
Another day off after taking a little pain pill which promptly upset my stomach. I won't share the details.
When I moved to Florida I lived at my parents vacation apartment. It's across from the beach and the whole world hadn't moved to Florida yet so it was pretty quiet. The condo has their own entrance to the beach and it's a long walk on either side to the public beaches. It was like having my own private island. I'd lay there and I felt all my worries just drift away in the heat. Eventually I regained my common sense and realized I wasn't really doing anything, just ruining my skin. and started biking instead. Lots of sun, lots of lotion and plenty of exercise.
It's that feeling of hazy drifting that I was aiming for here. This is liquid watercolor using the stopper not a brush and marker on cardstock (8 1/2"x11").
I received 2 of these. One from Cedar Raven -I like that name and her art and one from Linda who has been the most encouraging blogger pal ever. And sweet awards make my sore mouth feel soo good. I just might celebrate with some ice cream. Yep, that sounds good. And since this is a pass it forward (I know I got weepy at the end of the movie too), here's to a few of my favorites.
Steve who hasn't posted in ages but was just about my first on line blogger pal. He's encouragement just kept me going.
Westcoast Jane who is a wonderous artist and quilter and teacher and has a cat that always reminds me of Leo.

Actually all my drawings are quickies. I don't know what this little fellow's problem is except maybe he doesn't like snow. And he's human a favorite, Diahn who lives here.
Well I survived dental surgery. Yesterday was a blur from the little happy pill. And today was pretty much the same. I guess tranquilizers don't agree with me. And to think I have to do the same thing 3 months from now. There wasn't enough bone for the implant so he grafted some bone which will take 3 months to heal. Then I get the implant. Soft foods only. I don't remember eating yesterday but today has been yogurt and ice cream. Not bad at all. Tonight I think I'll have ice cream and yogurt. 
Been drawing with the March zine in mind all day since I didn't have much energy to do much else. It'll be some older drawings and some new ones I haven't posted. I naively thought I'd have 2 days to work on it but my mouth thought otherwise. And tomorrow I go back work. For joy.
