Yes I have a gym book and yes I am a nerd. I print this grid out at work and paste it weekly in my gym book and check the exercises off and mark the weights. And this is just the gym stuff. Not the exercises at home. Monday, Wednesday and Friday at the gym. In between I discovered Exercise TV on cable. It's free. So Tuesday and Thursday and Sunday, 1/2 hour of Exercise TV and in between, weights and more exercises for my foot. And everyday at work, once in the morning and once in the afternoon I walk the stairs. 3 story building, 3 wings, 2 staircases each wing. I'm meeting people I haven't seen in years because they're on the other side of the building.
Either I'm going to die of exhaustion or be another Jack Janey Lalane.
