I took a class at the Y tonight 6:30-7:30. It's what our former (yes there is a God) vice president said isn't torture.
Me: OMG I can't move
DBD: And what class was that?
Me: Burn & Tone
DBD: BURN & TONE?
Me: Yeah, I can't move. A whole hour non stop fast music, steps and weights and weighted bars and sit ups and I think I may have hit the person next to me when I threw my arms out and OMG I can't move.
DBD: Are you nuts? What did you think it was?
Me: I just didn't think it could be worse then pilates
DBD: Yeah like why don't you take the swimming class next. It's called Swim and Die.
Me: I can't
DBD: Why not?
Me: I can't MOVE!
I really think it's a good idea to avoid any class that has "burn" in it.

OMG. I was trying to think of what DBD stood for. "Deadbeat dad"? No that didn't sound right. So I googled it: DBD is a database of predicted transcription factors in completely sequenced genomes. There, I felt better. Then I noticed your first comment. oh. Hi DBD!

hmmm... I try to avoid classes that also have the word "tone" in them. But that's just me.
How in the world are you doing aerobics with a formerly messed up foot? It must be doing MUCH better!

Well I learned a lesson - no classes, no jumping up and down. I messed up my foot and limped for whole next day. And I have to tell DBD what her name means. That's so funny.
