Gracie's Bike

Now some may doubt my parenting skills but we couldn't find a helmut with ear slots that fit. I had to mail order it. It was perfect weather for biking and she promised to be careful and only ride in the development.

Gracie - Feed me, please

You can tell this is Gracie, she said please. And they have bottomless stomachs. Especially Violet. She's a goat.

Violet in sneakers

Violet is the younger and much smaller of the 2 girls. And she's the hyper active one so I'm rather surprised she likes dress up. She's in a turtle neck today because today's high was only 70. That's frigid for Florida. And they have the run of the apartment now when I home. Last night they slept with me. There were several toe biting incidents which of course involved Violet. So we had "the conversation". You know the one we all have with our furry ones. There are social boundaries and toes belong to the same human who feeds them so no biting please. It's a process.

Jane's Bud and Husb

West coast Jane sent an email of a photo of her Bud and her Husb having a moment.  It's a very blurry photo so I did a very quickie sketch.  I started with Buddy so I ran out of room for the Husb.

Violet and Little Apple

Our downstairs neighbor came by to say hi to the girls. Gracie was fast asleep but Violet was all dressed up and waiting. She was so happy with her present - a new little friend named Apple - that she started chewing her little tail. Violet has a way to go in social skills.

Scratch me

Cuddle me, tickle me, love me.  I can do that.  As soon as I get home, I walk into the bedroom and Violet and Gracie come running up to me and start purring and walking back and forth and I scratch them and cuddle them and they both flop on the floor so I can rub their tummies. OMG they're so cute. Of course I'm saying that now when they're asleep and not tearing apart the studio.
