I have some arthritis in my thumbs which is why I stopped knitting when I tried to start again. It's usually just a little soreness every now and then. Suddenly a few days ago I could barely move my right thumb it hurt so much. It's back to just an ache now. After the surprise of the pain wore off, I thought what if it was my left hand? What if it didn't go away? Would I still draw? Could I? It would certainly be a different kind of line. And after I finished that sentence I realized I just answered my own question.
I feel for you. A very expressive drawing.
(I'm a dreamer, but I ain't lyin'.) Sounds like a song..

I get arthritis in my thumbs too and the little finger of my right hand (mostly in the summer). It's scary. Hope yours goes away soon.

I like this drawing very much. (I get arthritis too, stiff in the mornings, but after a bit, I loosen up.)
