A gazzilian drawings

Yes I'm still drawing here but not posting much.  Here's a few:

This one is my dad.  He was a really dandy in his day.  This is from a bw photo before he went into the army.  He must have been 21 or so.  He went right through boot camp only to be discharged for 4F for a heart murmur. You'd think they would have found out before boot camp.  Came home, married my mom and went to Baltimore to build ships for the navy.

 

Not me.

I bought my dotta riffic pens on ebay a few years.  Big thick pens, lots of ink.  Apparently, they will last forever.  After all, they're only dots.

Bea's Quilt

Last night there was a memorial service for my sister in law's mother.  The apt was packed with people.  10 grandchildren, their wives, husbands, boyfriends, girlfriends and 3 great grandchildren.  If you live on through your children, then Bea is going to be around for a very long time.  My little paper quilt is dedicated to Bea.

The year begins - It's my mom's b'day 1/26.  Last year I did a 8 page zine of drawings from old photos.  These are these years.  I need 3 more and then it's done.
